How to check the application status of my request?

There are three ways to check the status of your request:

1. In your account, under the “Exchange History” section, you will find all the necessary information: number, date, and time of creation, as well as the status of the request. The status “Completed” indicates that the funds have been successfully sent to the specified details.
2. The request status is displayed even without registration, directly on the website. For more precise and accurate information on the request, you can refresh the page.
3. Status notifications are automatically sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t have access to your account, check your email inbox.
