Required Information

For prompt consideration of information requests from authorized law enforcement officials, this request must contain the following:

• Name of the law enforcement agency;
• Proof that the officer is authorized to request the information (proof of authority) and current position within the law enforcement organization;
• Identification of the law enforcement organization official (e.g., badge number, internal identification number);
• Email address from a government domain;
• Contact information (email address, number) from the government organization;
• Name of the specific legal entity from which you are requesting information;
• Specifics of the request, including:

The identifier-number of the subpoena in the subject line;

• Any public addresses or transaction identifiers in text format or Excel file (not PDF);
• Provide a reasonable timeframe for response;
• Request for mutual legal assistance to enforce international law enforcement.
