Is it possible to cancel a request?

Two options are possible:

• If your request has the status “Completed,” the funds cannot be returned as they have been sent to the specified address.
• An exchange through our Services cannot be canceled by SWAPGATE. Therefore, check the details of your exchange before making such an exchange. SWAPGATE is not responsible for your crypto-assets once they have been sent outside of the Services. Furthermore, SWAPGATE does not guarantee the continued performance of the exchange process.
